Just don't park on zig-zags at all. Simples.
It's a school and there marks that say 'keep clear'. Times wouldn't even enter my head.
To be honest I am with you with this, think nobody should park within a 100 meters of a school unless there are housing all around the entrance, and there it should be residents parking only. There is no excuse get out of cars and walk for 5 minutes if needed to pick up the kids, will do you and them a world of good health wise.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Yes but they can still do you for obstruction of the public highway. If you've got a car on the yellow zizags they're still more than entitled to nab you for it as an obstructive offence. That is in theory anyway. The reality is they very rarely bother but its one of those 'technical' laws.
@taffy: I agree. Tons of parents are lazy these days.0 -

I know. Obstruction is a 30 quid FPN. My point was it is not endorsable.0
