Orange online are a Joke !!
I ordered 3510i's on Feb 8th & only yesterday they bothered repsonding to my umpteenth email with some standard automoton response, saying "...your application as a PAYG customer has been declined"
Previously when I rang them they kept promising delivery soon & only after I really grilled them did a Customer Service guy tell me my order was declined but had no reason why.
I've been an Orange Contract customer for years, with no late payments or bad credit.
Can they do this after confirming my order online and giving me an Order number, I was hoping there were some kind of rules aginst doing this? 0 0

Well i ordered one of the 2650`s as a pressie for the missus and it arrived within 4 days.
Have to say, it is the most uglyest phone ive every seen and everyone i showed it to agreed, so i`ll be selling it straight on and wont upset the wife with it.
On the pictures it looked like it was nice and slim, but in real-life its actually nearly twice as thick as the nokia 6100 she currently uses. The flip action is nice and smooth, but the screen is just too small for the phone and seems to use the same screen as the early colour nokia phones did.0

Yes, they declined me too! but for the 7250i's Having several contracts with them, and a few PAYG sims. Silly really! Even tried 3 cards all declined!? Paid all my bills ontime aswell!0

These are not going for much on ebay. Check 'completed items' on left side of screen. Going rate for unlocked 2650s seem to be around the £40 mark. Some get higher bids but usually by zero rated buyers.0
