It won't be...Correctly set the TRV's will do what heating zones will do anyway and keep the bedrooms cooler than the living rooms.
TRV's set correctly may do the job but it states in the new building regs that new systems must have a minimum of two zones unless the property is open plan.
Only way to be sure is ask the author of the estimate.
Otherwise when its installed you should have two temperature controls, one upstairs and one downstairs.0 -
