Are they any good, I've seen mixed reviews here?
I'm currently on Tesco mobile PAYG and pay £5 for a text bundle. Over the past month I've had a lot of problems with tesco with a faulty handset I have and they really don't want to know so I'm moving away from them. I need a reliable service as my daughter has health problems and needs to be able to contact me easily, are giffgaff reliable? I used to be with Orange but their call centres were a nightmare, I'm also considering O2 but I think they may cost more. Any suggestions? I'm also off to CPW to buy a new sim free handset to replace the broken one which Tesco refuse to repair .

I like em, never given me a problem (including number porting from Vodafone) and they've saved me a bundle.0

GiffGaff use the O2 network the same as Tesco, so reception should be the same as you get now.
I have never had a problem with them, and for my usage they are good value for money.
However be aware that support and top-up is via their website. There is no call centre, so make sure you are happy with this.0 -
I always do my top ups online so think it will be fine, thanks0

As long as you dont need customer service or call centres then there very good.0
