Hi all,
Not had time to log onto for MSE for the past week or so due to work being so busy, but I'm happy to report NSD #5, 6 and 7 have all been achieved since I was last here.... :jJanuary NSDs: 8/8 :jFebruary NSDs: 8/10PaD 2012: £818.35 :j0 -
Another NSD today No. 6Debt outstanding [STRIKE]£3491.[/STRIKE] £3303
NSD 10/150 -
No 9 for me please and 3 days in a row.:j
I had to spend money on Sunday as had no food left in the house , not even a slice of bread. :-)
12 NSD days seems closer and closer every day. Its really inspiring seeing people do 13-15 NSD. I can see i should be up to 13 by now if i budget better or made some frozen meals. Gotta aim higher for next month !CC consolidated to £3400
Loan[STRIKE] £12770[/STRIKE] £7150

Had a fantastic weekend
My chap was absolutely brilliant with GD3, and is a dab hand at winding - anyone would think he's got years of experience at it, rather than just time spent with 2 nephews and a niece.....
GD3 spent a fair bit of Saturday night murming and giving minor whinges, but went from an 11:15pm feed on Friday night until 9:30am on Saturday (when I got her up) with only an ounce of water at around 2am (was told on collecting her there'd be no Number 2 that day - and as she still hadn't given any up but was showing signs of a sore tummy I decided water was the order of the day..... more water early Saturday afternoon paid dividends)
Delivered GD3 back home at 6:30pm on Saturday, and then the rest of the weekend seemed very quiet !!!
Had made spag bol for Friday evening, and pulled some salmon out of the freezer for Saturday. That, alongside the fact I didn't eat my main meal until after he left yesterday (when I had a Whoopsied Cumberland Pie which came out of the freezer on Sat to defrost), meant no more grocery spends over the weekend. Petrol lasted for the two return trips, and I've enough to get me to the gym (and petrol station on the same retail park) on Friday - so no fill-up needed.
This meant no spending (for me) over the weekend, although he did pick up a couple of tubs of Pr!ngles (from his money) when we nipped down to Mr M on Sat morn to show GD3 off to some of my ex-colleagues.
So that means I got NSDs 11 and 12 over the weekend - which means I've hit my target :T
So, what to increase to ???
Hmmmmm.....
10 days left this month (including today)
3 D/Debits still to go out (a reasonable chance 2 will go the same day, but going to allow for all 3 on different - none today though so [strike]could[/strike] should be on for another NSD)
window cleaners schedule looks like I should have paid for 3 instead of 2 at the start of the month (due back on 29th!), so need a day for paying them again
definitely spending on Friday (liquid gold - would otherwise barely make it home from gym and it's also last day I can use my 10p/litre off voucher)
planning groceries for Friday so that I shouldn't need to lose another NSD for that
so of the 10 days I reckon 5 will potentially see a spend, meaning another 5 NSDs should be achievable
So please can you increase my target to 17Cheryl0 -
Well, today definitely isn't a NSD, I had to pay a whopping library fine and need money for acupuncture later, but the fine was still cheaper than buying the book.....0

I have a lot of catching up to do on here. Going to get myself a cuppa and settle down for a read. Well done all on your NSDs.
By last night I had completed 14 NSDs
We had a bit of a hiccup on Saturday as DH and I both thought we were paying for our anniversary meal. (I won't bore you with the details as some of you have already read it in my diary.) I now have cash to pay back into the bank today. I just have to make sure I don't spend when I go to the PO to pay it in.
I went to the pub yesterday afternoon and didn't spend a single penny. DH bought me a pot of tea (for £1) and I eked it out for an hour, bit cold and stewed but more MS than anything else in there :rotfl:I really am not good for business.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Good afternoon chums,
I'm afraid I have no NSD's to report as yesterday I had my eye test at $pec$saver$. Need new specs ( expected) I am getting varifocals as presently I have one pair for reading and one for distance, and it's a right pain changing all the time.
I had budgeted for them and didnt go over my budget but its still £208
I also downloaded my second Kindle book - The Diamond Queen by Andrew Marr - not my usual sort of thing but I got a free sample of it and found I was really enjoying it! I'm loving the Kindle BTW and I find I am actually spending less on books as I am buying one at a time as opposed to the 342 offers etc which usually end up on the shelf. Buying from Kindle makes me really think hard before parting with my dosh!
Should be a NSD today as I am at work ( supervisor on holiday, whoop, whoop!) and I have zumba tonight which I've prepaid.
Enjoy the rest of your day folks!:)
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0
