  • Well, unfortunately I can't make tomorrow (last day at work, and shall be out celebrating my redundancy....and no, I'm not telling where as I don't want than darn donkey turning up!!)...

*nips to the cupboard to check stocks of bleach and hazmat gear, building supplies, and bail money in various currencies*

Hmmm, I seem to be fairly well stocked, so I'll be round bright and early on Thursday to start the clean up campaign.

    February NSD challenge 5/15
  • Gonna have to admit defeat this month as I'm one day short of target and can't have a NSD tomorrow as one of my cats is v poorly and I need to take him to the vet (can't make him suffer an extra day for the sake of a NSD, can I?)

Still quite pleased though - well done everyone who made their target, especially ones with massive numbers - how on earth do you manage those?!

    Hiya,

My last NSD of February today, so target reached at NSD#23. I even went looking to buy some decent clothes for DS2 today. He tried lots on but we didn't actually buy anything. :T

I will definitely be shopping tomorrow.

Thanks for all the support this month.

Evening all, that last NSD a bit elusive still as I had to get some odds and sods from the shops. However, there is still tomorrow. I will not go anywhere or spend anything. Smack me in the chops with a wet kipper if I don't get that last NSD!
Nargle if I were you I would definitely get that last NSD, you really do not want to be smacked in the chops, or anywhere else, with these kippers - they're in the garden now as I can't stand the smell any longer:eek:
NSD gang Leap Year Hoe-down update: Hog firmly attached to spit (and yes, it is dead. Well, you have to spell things out to Igor sometimes)
Consignment of sprout curry arrived in several insulated boxes this morning, I think Cheryl has been clearing out her freezer again.....I think I will leave it to the last minute before heating it up as there is a rather strange bubbling kind of noise coming from the boxes.
Also took delivery of several boxes of tinned baked beans.....ok, which of you comedians sent the curried Branston Pickle variety? I hope you have plenty of bicarbonate of soda handy, you will be needing it.....Jinty's Good Ole Hoe-Down Boys arrived this afternoon, and are busy getting tanked up on Igor's home brew (nothing like getting in the party spirit early, and there's still 24 hours or less to go....)

Well now that sounds like a party not to be missed under any circumstances, but I am definitely not cleaning out the Tardis afterwards, the thought of Hubert and sprout curry just beggars belief:eek:

I've got some home brew I'll bring along (it's a bit lethal though so best keep Igor away from it or he'll be trying to spit roast Hubert again) and I'm sure I can dig something out of the freezer to tempt our palates:D

    Hi everyone

I've just finished updating the front page and it's looking very spendid with all the prizes, well done everyone, we've had a huge number of NSDs in a very short month:T:T:T:T

Thank you to everyone for your lovely comments and thoughts today, I really do appreciate them. I'll miss you all as well but I'll pop in and say hello from time to time and make sure you're all behaving:D

Nora - you can have the keys to the Tardis as you'll be cleaning up on Thursday, I'll leave them under the large gnome in the garden if that's OK:D

See you all tomorrow, I can't wait for the sprout curry and prune schnapps tomorrow night:rotfl:

    spoon xx
