Re: Enid Blyton books, I have 2 bookshelves full and they are mine all mine!
I love the Adventure, Secret Island, and 5 Findouters and dog series. I actually have some first edition hardbacks from when I was a kid. That was my special treat back then, wasn't bothered with toys, just books.
Am I sad because I still like reading them?
Not sad at all, i just rescued the "Faraway Tree" books from my dad's loft & can't wait to get stuck in!!February NSD challenge 5/150 -

Good Morning
No NSD yesterdayBought something I needed yesterday instead of today because I happened to be in the shop with someone else and thought it would save me a job today.
Will try to get another today but, for various reasons, I have a very long and stressful day in front of meWill see how it goes.
Have a great Wednesday x xFree by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -
I've been so rubbish at keeping up this month - both with the thread and with counting my NSDs - I had a week off work last week and I kept no record of when I spent so I'm going to have to write the whole week off!
I did get up to 7 before I failed to keep count so yesterdays NSD takes me to 8 - back on track a bit!
Today should be 9 hopefully - should still be able to make my target if I try hard - though car insurance has wiped my bank out this month so I don't really have any money to spend anyway! No more buying books Books in 2016 = 20.
Target for 2018 = 7/21
No more buying DVDs ? 2018 target 27/52
