  • Thanks everyone for all the lovely get well messages! I've been back to the fracture clinic today but they aren't going to put me in plaster. Apparently elbows seize up and are worse after 6 weeks in plaster so I've got to stick with my attractive collar & cuff for the next 3 weeks until they want to X-ray me again. Meantime I'm not allowed to work & neither of my jobs pay sick pay :( Got £20 today from both my Mum & my Grandma as a cheer up gift though so that's £40 to add to my total. I'm off to eBay everything not nailed down to cover the rest of my wages!!

Me and OH have both just withdrawn £30 from Fabulous Bingo, so that's a total of £40 profit. Plus because I referred him as well I think we should still both get an extra £10 if I'm correct. I've had 1 extra £10 (which I played through and did manage to lose :o But ended up keep playing because my toddler, who has literally just in the last few days learnt his numbers quite well, was obsessed with watching the ball with the numbers and was really impressing me with saying the numbers as they came up, and was getting upset when I closed the game!! I know, I'm a big softie and it's silly and cost me a tenner, but I was v. impressed with him!! :o:o) But I don't think that the £10 referral bonus I got could have been from him as he's only just done his wagering requirements, and I got the £10 before, so that must be from my MSE referral.
So hopefully another £20 to come :D

  • No income to report as eBay items have another 2 days to go. I must try to list something every day and then I'll have income every day!
Meanwhile, I have just finished reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Not being an arch-capitalist myself, I didn't agree with everything he was saying, but it is certainly giving me a different perspective on life and money. I particularly liked his mantra 'How can I afford that' rather than 'I can't afford that' :)

aww hugs Sweets, is it stress that caused it to flare up?

Haven't managed to list one thing. As usual DH was "take DS out!" considering he hasn't seen him all week, and he is off today, you would think he would want to spend time with him and let me do some ebaying!

I get too tired in the evening to feel like listing.

I think so hun. I haven't eaten anything which could possibly have set it off, so it has to be stress. If so I need to learn to chill out a bit cos I've been in agony since about 4pm.

Don't worry about the ebaying hun, I never feel like doing it at night either, always too tired from cleaning/work/kids and the rest. :o
