I'm a newb to MSE but really enjoying this forum and all the enthusiatic saving and money making going on. given me more motivation than ever! I'm gonna spend the day signing up to survey sites and scouring the house for ebay stuff.

Afternoon all, just a quickie before go and walk dog.

Been shopping and used £4 voucher and also made savings of £6.07 on reduced items and 2.93 on multi buys am I allowed to add those too? If so total savings £13.

Put some stuff on ebay last night - had loads of probs, photos wouldn't upload in IE and then the text box wouldn't work in Chrome . Got there in the end. Thinking I might close my Ebid items and move them to ebay whilst it's free listing as there doesn't seem much interest on Ebid.

Need to deliver the rest of my AVON and post out some more brochures and clean out the chicks, so I'm in for an exciting afternoon.

Sorry people are having a bad time claiming DLA. Lots of the young people I work with seem to get it, mostly for ADHD or related stuff and they don't seem to use it at all for anything to do with their disability. It just seems wrong when there are people who genuinely need to pay for extra help. I've also found that it really seems to depend on the way you answer the questions rather than whether you are seeing a consultant or the medical info provided. Good luck to those appealing or applying and hugs to people feeling generally down.

Well off to walk doggie - at least the snow has melted (mostly!)

I saw that, something from Models Own. Hope so

Just back from London, £80 in petrol Dr Who Experience was good but really not happy that it only lasts 1.30mins! I went all that way for a couple hours!

Anyway. £2.50 using ex-OH tesco vouchers that are still delivered here and £15 Argos vouchers from maximiles. This week is money making week, i have a whole week dedicated to selling, ebaying and sorting. Dont you just love half terms?!

Yeah, was on the homepage, but I'd forgotten all about it until I saw the ad on TV! Will have to wait and see I suppose. Will be a nice surprise if it arrives one day!

Just think of the positive about the Dr Who thing - at least the couple of hours was good, and did DS enjoy it?
