    Hi guys
Thought I should update in here as we are coming to the end of the month, made £5 selling on a local facebook group last week and made £10.25 on ebay yesterday. Also although it's not making money this month is the first in a while that I haven't gone near my overdraft :j
    Next- £486.25 Barclaycard £600
    October make £10 a day - £183.90/155 :j
  • Oh yes - has the March challenge been posted yet, I haven't seen it and I'm definitely planning on coming back next month :).

:o Aesop had left this responsibility in my ever so very capable hands, and I'd forgot :D

Will set it up now and post it in a bit, well reminded :D
  • Hi folks,

Hi to Sally! I had a vile neighbour who smashed my glass in my front door, floowing a row over parking (she blocked me in). I cheered really loundly when they put the for sale sign up!! Hope you manage to find some solutions. Everyone is really nice on here so you will get lots of good advice.

Well, got a whopping £31 off ebay!! Hooray, cash as well! So updated sig. Do not think I will be achieving target though. Still £36 out.... Still being in this challenge has given me a kick up the bum to make an effort to glean in all the pennies.

Natterjack, have just seen your amazing earnings! I have got to try and get that dosh in tomorrow now!! Wow, how on earth are you doing it????

Have a great day to all!

Good to know I have my uses :D. You're OK you're not late yet, I'm just impatient ;).
  • ebayqueen, sweets, nat, fracturedsun and anyone i've missed thank-you for the advice and support.

Nat - the 0% will end this month so interest next month and it will take some time to get the funds through so best to start sooner. And yes - i agree i was thinking that - even if i cancel this now and pay the same amount into a new savings account i will be £80 a month 'better off' as i will be 1 debt down and can use this towards the debts :o

I have to dash now but will be back on later - once again a million thanks to all you lovely supportive and understanding people x

Sally - how awful of your neighbours :( i had a rubbish one too for ages who knocked my door and swore at me to move my car if it was an inch over where the garden walls divide the houses - best of it is its a public road LOL!! anyway she is gone now thankfully :D but even still i still get a knot in my stomach when i see a car like hers :(

Hope you get a resolution soon - i'm wondering if you should do some reporting of your own??? council, police, etc. Its hard i know cos you just want to get on with things and not have to go down certain routes but sometimes its the only way.

The other option is to be really nice to them, smile, say hello etc - its funny watching the confusion on their faces ;) :rotfl:

DFW - i too would opt for the cashing in and keeping a bit for emergencies with your savings - no point in having them when your debts are causing so much stress. Money well spent to reduce stress on you i would say :D

Sweets - thanks for new thread :D

I checked ebay this morning to find another sale gone through and paid for :) so another few pounds to add from that once i get my backside to the post office :o

I also just wrote a blog post about ebay profits which really opened my eyes up :eek: - can i ask what costs you guys include when working out your ebay profits??

What a carry on! I got back from shopping and was unpacking when I got a phone call from my mum. Apparently she has had a mild stroke over the weekend but only just found out whilst at the GP's. She has to go up to the local stroke unit but is worrying who will look after her dog. I had to phone my younger sister at work to let her know as she lives nearest. I live about 1hrs drive away and cannot get there very quickly as have to wait for children to get in from school(I'm not sure if they've got their keys with them). So will probably be visiting mam tonight. I was just giving myself a pat on the back for being more organised than usual.

I will up date my total in a little while. Need to calm myself down first.
