OP; young man reading all you have posted not only will NO one lend you the money to buy and insure a car but you dont actually need a car,take it from someone who knows it will cost you less to use taxis!
nice to see you are looking for part time work,it wont be easy atm but you might drop lucky,have a regular look at all the big retailers websites,check the jobcentre website etc etc etc,at 18 you are old enough for bar work so try places like weatherspoons0
