Talkmobile Bills

Hi,
I have been with Talkmobile for a while now and each time I try to download my bills to Excel, it says that Excel has found unreadable contents in the file.
The version of Excel I'm using is 2010 fully updated.
I wondered if anyone on here is also experiencing this problem?

Ive been with talkmobile, for nearly 4 months, i thought the £18.00 line rental i had chosen was good, but i was so wrong, every month i have incurred charges that i dont recognise and then my 3rd bill came in at charges over £150, i have sent them many emails, but its been 2 months now and i have got no where.
Vodafone provide the service for Talkmobile, and its just not working.
I am at this stage where i havnt seen a single bill, and no1 has helped me.
I have just sent them an email asking them to terminate my 24 month contract early and i am more than happy pay the 19 months line rental that i owe, just to be free of Talk mobile.0 -
Its not possible to open talkmobile bills in word 2007 either - can only display in browser and you can't download as pdf either. No solution.0

Thanks for your responses, I did sort of get the downloaded version of the bill working in Open Office but what it showed seemed to be incomplete. So it looks like its best just to stick with the online version.
Abdul123, Can I suggest that you try Talkmobiles' Twitter support channel this has helped me in the past, or as grumbler has said phone them up and ask them what the charges are for.0
