There is a debt with VERY catalogue but they haven't sent a statement, can one be printed from their online website?
Some are paperless you see.

on their DRO line, the people giving advice about the DRO itself will be intermediaries, or trainees as far as i understand (i know people who work there). They only work on DRO's so they know a lot about them.
as someone already mentioned, I think printed statements are fine.

Thanks a lot for your input! Almost done want to get it posted next Tues or Wed at the latest. Next thing is the £90 fee.
