How much web allowance do you use per month?

about 200 mb, that's using google maps quite heavily, but I work from home and so use Wifi to stream tv to the phone while I'm working.

have never used more than 200mb, but then again the 3g coverage is awful here.

Mine varies wildly, between 40MB and 600MB. But I've recently downgraded my tariff (in the last couple of months with o2 and sick of paying them money for a !!!! service, can't wait to leave) to the 100MB plan, and I'll be able to live within that quite easy.

Unless you're hammering video's/music/large files, the key to low data usage is to use Opera Mini for general browsing (thanks to their compression technology, you can use upto 6x less data - it was a saving grace when web usage used to be very high cost like £2.35 per MB over GPRS) or sending/receiving emails and the like, and wifi if you want to do significant tasks.

I've had my iPhone since June 2010 & i've never ever gone over 250MB.

I was wondering how some people can hit the figures mentioned here, but i guess if you're streaming a lot of videos & such.

I don't really count the WIFI as it's free, but then i don't use my iPhone at home a great deal anyway as i've got my PC. I only use it for whatsapp really as i don't get an o2 signal at home.

Believe it or not i don't use a lot of wifi because my phone doesn't pick it up very good in my house

As for how much 3g data i use i sometimes can't work it out myself i don't download videos sometimes i do update Apps but most times i do it on my computer
I wonder if its Orange taking a bit more of my allowance LOL

For the last couple of months i have been using an App called Onavo it suppose to make the data that you use smaller it seems to work.

Stay on the higher package, if you go over at all it is just sooo expensive.
I use about 3-4 gig plus whatever i use on wifi (never looked properly on that)

I use around 150mb a month at the most.

All I do is check facebook, check emails and browse a couple of web pages a day.
I don't quite understand how people use so much, when I'm at work I'm not using my phone, then I drive home from work, then I'm on my home wifi :huh:

I use around 160mb a month. Some months only 135mb. In the Summer when we were presumably away a lot more I got through 170mb.
