upgrading O2, nokia 3220 for £39.99 PAYG
Hi all,
Appologies if this has been posted before , its an old offer but trying to find the link on the O2 website is almost impossible so I have pasted it below.
I am on the O2 PAYG online tarrif with 300 free text messages a month , 5 pence a minute peak and 2p a minute off peak, the catch is that the first 3 minutes a day are charged at 25p. So you can see its an alright deal . Think there is free WAP or something too but not sure.
From the upgrade link I just phoned O2 ( call 2550) and they said that I was entitled to £50 off a new phone ( not entirely sure why, but something to do with my top ups or/ and been a customer for 9 months)
Anyhow, the bottom line is that I got a nokia 3220 for £39.99, no messing about with cashbacks .

Other phones were available so it was possible to upgrade for less than a tenner . There is also an option to buy another phone anywhere and then upgrade after and get the discount as call credit .
