I've been told to use E45 hair shampoo due to eczema, but what can I use as a hair conditioner? E45 don't seem to do one.
Would a dash of vinegar in the final rinse work? My hair goes all over the place without conditioner so need to find something unperfumed and kind.

Put olive oil in your hair the night before you wash it, and then put hot oil through the ends of your hair when you wash it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Hi
My hairdresser advises me to only use conditioner on the ends of my hair - it isn't needed near the roots and can make the hair lank. Is your hair long enough to apply a normal conditioner to just the ends, thereofre avoiding any contact with the scalp which could irritate your eczema? Failing that, I'm sure some of the baby ranges do conditioners so that might be mild enough to not irritate you.0 -

My grandma used to break an egg over my hair, massage it in, then rinse. All eggs were organic in those days! I have eczema too and this has never irritated my skin.'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'

I wouldn't use vinegar as this could irritate you eczema and make it worse!0

E45 do a really nice moistering lotion...rub a tiny splodge (size of 5 pence piece) in your hands and then just smooth down the folicles on freshly washed hair. Use as a leave in conditioner. It makes her glossy and conditioned and should be okay for your delicate scalp.
