    As a kid i used to use beer conditioner - a special type from the chemist

    Some of those seem good, but Coke/Sprite as a hair spray? Are they mad? Hello, flying insects!

    I use in infusion of cider vinegar with a few drops of vitamin E oil and Rosemary, keep a sprig of rosemary ing the bottle so also looks pretty! Just a tablespoon into my rinse water and it lasts for ages! Also as mentioned already oilve oil as a hot oil treatment, just warm the oil before using and wrap hair in hot towel or cap.
