This should shake the other networks up . If its true.
http://www.technobuffalo.com/news/wireless/t-mobile-u-k-s-new-plan-is-everything-youll-ever-need-for-36-per-month/ .
It make Orange,Vodafone and O2 look very poor.

also they say they will do that price on any phone doe's that include the iPhone 4s or will you have to pay an upfront price on top.

Its not intelligent of them. Its idiotic.

It won't now just kill the Tmobile network, it will also do it to Orange on something Orange can't offer.

Everything Everywhere was always going to end up with one side suffering a big hit, it seems that side is Orange and its lucrative business customers will surely not put up with a poor service.

It seems like bad value to me... simply because you'd have to use the T-Mobile network! I never want to speak to one of their rude unhelpful staff ever again!

Vodafone, O2, Virgin and Orange have always been perfectly courteous...

I wonder if they'll do this as a sim only for about the same price as the one plan on 3

I wonder if it will allow tethering, if so I could save £8 a month for my 3 dongle, making £36 for a top end phone and tethering quite attractive.

I hope they allow tethering as well
  • I would be very surprised if they do allow tethering but anyway it's a very good tariff if it's indeed true and will be interesting to see what Orange do if anything.
  • would you really not expect to pay for an Iphone 4s on this kind of plan?

No not when they are telling you any Phone

What’s more, the plan is said to be fixed at that price regardless of the handset you take with it, unlike Three’s One Plan, which starts at £25 (approx. $39) per month and fluctuates depending on the handset you choose.

  • These unlimited plans concern me as people who tether 24/7 and have no regard for other users on the same network could possibly degrade performance.

3 because of this varies from excellent to not even usable in a matter of seconds (when using my wife's iPhone 4 with full signal).

Limits are good and 1gb should be ample for web browsing etc and I think 500mb is borderline not enough.
