The IRS is still dealing with Crisis Loan appeals after they've been through review.
Wherever did you get the notion that they were not?
There will be no national service for Crisis Loans from April 2013 - these will move to local authorities or the Welsh Assembly and they will be free to choose the method of delivery and eligibility criteria. Most are likely to go for a system of food parcels and fuel tokens and won't give out cash.0 -

Yeh it comes in line with Universal Credit. Im not sold on the idea of it completely disappearing from April 2013. I think itll be a more staggered approach. UC credit itself will take 4 years to implement so we'll see how it goesYou can't beat an egg.........................NO WAIT!0
