Do you have a garage? Can it fit a desk etc and the car, if so, back the car out on workdays... that's nicer to look at than a caravan and cheaper....

Park a caravan on your property, use it exclusively as an office and you could have a bill for non domestic rates.

I have read today about the 'coffice' where people use coffee shops as short term office space.

Oh yes, I have been a cofficer for a number of years- I have held the informal ongoing type of meetings, training sessions in Pret. It's a pleasant change for some clients and staff, and I promise you, I have seen people interviewed in the City branches of one chain!

It's also a lot more pleasant than the old builders cafe or the car of yesteryear for those of who want our careers spent as the "office ghost".

If Starbucks got .001% of every deal done......

what about using a large garden shed as an ofice? one of these £200 jobbys from b&q? would that be a cheaper option than a caravan?

I know someone who did that years ago.

He even wallpapered the inside, and then the winter cold & damp came,

and walls covered in "porridge" like former wallpaper :rotfl:

A summerhouse/garden room can be used if you insulate it etc :)

Ive been looking around and quite a few people use summerhouses as therapy rooms for complimentary therapies , some have had shower facilities put in, depending how much you want to pay of course and what you would want to use it for. Im certainly looking into it.
