t-mobile advice

my son has a deal i got a while ago which was £5pm for the first year and £10pm for the second year of the contract.

For this he got a free nokia 5800, 100 mins, unlimited text and internet.

My question is
the deal is up in May and i have 3 other lines. its in my name

If i call to upgrade this, will i get a good deal or will they be bothered if i say im going to cancel it to get a retention call as i already have the other lines. Will they be bothered and ill get a crap deal because they wont care if i have other deals? thanks

Have you checked with the mobile company to find out what's on offer?
If offer is not good you can always move on or see if you can get better offer

Your best bet is to wait to you get a bit nearer the end of contracts and then ring T-Mobile Retention and hope you get a good operator because it depends a lot on who you talk to.
