    Never forget the saying...

We've just offered £199k on a £215k property. Heres hoping.

Congrats to Kuztardd. I'll pray for a smooth transition for you. :T

We offered this last Friday and have had no phonecall from the agent telling us the feedback.

We holding tight but it's killing us not knowing. Is this normal practice from EA's?

But when you call them make out that you're not sure as you've just viewed another property which you're thinking of making an offer on so you wanted to know one way or another before doing that! Cheeky I know :o

Well they were apollogetic that they never called back (yawn). They said that our offer was too low and the vendor was looking for the asking price. They also stated that another offer had gone in this week.

With all the speculation about EA's you just don't know what to believe. We'll continue our search for now as the agent said she'll keep us informed of the negotiations with this new offer. My thought was how you going to do that, you can't keep us informed on our negotiations :D

    The search continues
