Well Done TescoMobile
It is VERY rare that I get a chance to say Well Done, so here goes...
I joined TescoMobile in February 2011 on a 750min 12 month contract at £20/month (with free HTC Wildfire, texts and internet).
I noticed that they now have a Sim Only deal of 750mins (plus 1GB internet and texts) for just £12.50/months for 12 months.
So, I called them - and somebody answered the phone straight away.
I asked them if I could change the tarif - and I was transfered to a very nice lady who made the change there and then.
My other contracts have been with "3" and Ive always had to wait 30mins on hold to speak with someone who can never help me.
So, I just wanted to say a HUGE Thank You to TescoMobile for restoring my faith in Customer Service departments.
Take note "3" !!

Good for you but they only really let you off a month's rental, probably less as you tend to pay in advacne for mobile contracts.0 -

The purpose of my post was more to do with the quick efficient service provided by TescoMobile rather than the actual contract element (but included it to explain the story a bit more).
My main point was in making the comparison to the (non)service provided by "3".
Hence the underlined bits.0 -

yes but tesco mobile do not support call waiting or call conferencing. bear that in mind.0

That's good - the phone is my 74 year old mothers - and she can't work out voicemail or texts so the loss of those two items is a huge bonus for me (as I get to sort out her phone when she does something wrong on it)0
