SHOCKING SERVICE from Very - 'we made a pricing mistake and now we are going to pretend none of you placed an order' abracadabra...... orders now vanished!!

I have been a customer for years and ordered PLENTY of monies worth of goods in that time - not any more :mad:

I ordered 4 pairs Minnie mouse, Justin bieber (they were slightly dearer but included in the offer) bob the builder and cars 2 ones selected collect+ at local garage and took screen shots of my order put on my very account as Payment. This morning checked my emails and have an order confirmation but only for one pair and they have charged me £6.50 Which was the reduced pricE of the Justin bieber pjs and a further £5 near enough for delivery to local garage :mad: so now going to have to ring them. Am pretty annoyed I wouldn't have minded a wee email saying it was a mistake on their website and the order wouldn't be fulfilled etc ie a "glitch" not charging nearly £6.50 for one pair of pjs, charging for collect+ and making it nearly £11 for one pair of pjs instead of 8.50 or 9.50 for four pairs!

Placed 3 orders, 2 online, 1 on phone. All have disappeared despite the guy who took the order on the phone confirming it had gone through and was accepted.

So are they saying our refunds will be automatic? are we just to sit tight?
