well i rand them AGAIN and re-ordered as she said nothing was showing on my account and that it would take upto an hour to show anything on my account, but i have a feeling nothing will happen?!!!
she said if it doesnt to ring again as i told her i have screen shots.
quick question-to anyone thats ordered the very treats frankie and bennys voucher, my account says its due today. does it come via email as posties been and nothing.**Waiting for a BIG win!**

yes-you get it via email but it can take a few days0 -
You would have thought that with all these calls and emails they would have someone looking at the problem, obviously it is not the first it has happend as stated by Rosatoso. I doubt any of us are going to get the order unless we go through the whole thing of screen shots and emailing!0

I have only ordered from Very once and it was after christmas for the £1 wrapping paper, I got confirmation of my order and an email to say it was ready to collect from the shop. When I went it wasn't there. Very told me it had been sent back from the shop (after 3 days, they should keep it for 10) and they would get it redelivered to the shop. It never turned up again and when I called Very again they said my order ahd just been cancelled, it had never been at the shop and they could not redeliver. Not very impressed with Very!0

I never got an email or anything confirming the order, did write down the order number though. Looks like the money is coming off my account. Can't decided wheter to bother calling them or not......those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

I ordered on woolworths so I could pay by PayPal and they have my money but nothing no pjs on my account, I think they might be thinking they keeping my money and sending nothing... If they have made a mistake they shouldn't just hide it and pretend nothing happened :mad:0

Yes I took a screen shot of the order complete screen and got the paypal payment details, I just hope I don't have to fight or go through PayPal to get a refund0
