I ordered approx 10pm last night from kandco (was £1 more per set but I couldnt be bothered registering with Very when I already had a M&co account plus I wanted to go to bed lol!) and my parcel has been despatched. I also got a confirmation email through almost straight away . Ordered some Thomas pjs and bob the builder ones.0

Update from very - they have advised me they are not honouring the offer as its a mistake and that they have cancelled my order..........
need some advice tho if possible as i have paid twice for these now £8 online and £8 over the phone when I re-ordered (as they told me the other payment would go through) and also my account has now been charged the full price of £20 plus delivery (even though it was collect plus) and the parcel that they say they have cancelled has now been dispatched.......... they're a nightmare

if they aren't honouring it and they are going to charge you normal price and you don't want that, send the parcel back but after you've contacted them to double confirm that. as it's been sent out, they might decide to honour it.....
point out you asked for collect+ (say if you have a screen shot to prove it). have they sent it out collect+? If yes, your money should be refunded as of right. Even if it's going to your home, its their !!!!-up.
call them on the freephone number i posted somewhere earlier and get them to send you an email confirming that your money will be refunded, if you want one, or that the deal will be honoured....or you will get postage back etc etc.....!
keep an eye on your account - they don't rush to do anything that is in the customer's interest.

Thanks for your help hun - just realised how badly written that was lol, i dont even understand what i've written hehe..........
Basically what has happened is that I ordered 4 pairs last night for £8 which hasnt shown on the account, then called them to see if it was there which they said no it wasnt and that the payment would be refunded in 2 days! I asked if I could re-order and so the man put it through and took another £8 from my bank! checked my very account after hanging up the phone and again no order was showing but my account was £8 in credit!
Emailed them this morning to see what was happening and then got a response this afternoon saying they were not honouring the price as it was an error and that they would send me an email to confirm whether or not i still wanted the pyjamas at £20 instead of £8 and that if I didnt reply then they would just cancel the order! In the meantime I have received confirmation of my 1st order being dispatched but with the full prices on (even though I have already paid £8 for this) and when i just checked my account again they have put the full £20 on it plus the £3.95 delivery and so my account balance is now £15.95 ( as i paid the 2nd orders £8 over the phone)
I have written them an email to say i want my £16 refunded and my account to show as £0 balance again and they have told me that they cant cancel the order as its been processed but they will contact the courier and tell him not to deliver it and my account will be re-credited within 14 days :mad:
I really dont know what to do now as they havent mentioned my refund for my bank account and I have written on their fb page asking for them to call my mobile and they have said they have emailed me back and if i still need to speak to someone then to let them know - i still havent received a call and im not gonna ring them again as i only have my mobile and it cost me over £6 to call them last night............grrrrrrr how can a company make such a stupid mistake and then not help out to rectify it??? rant over lol xEx Comper turned Bargain hunter & Glitch lover

We do advise as part of our terms and conditions:
"Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled."

doh I ordered with woolworths still not got my money back, they didnt even send a email or anything to tell me whats going on, i still so mad that they didnt cancel the order, just removed it from my account like it was never ordered0

I ordered from littlewoods and my order has been disptached. A bit more expensive at 2 pairs for £6 but I'm still happy.I got this email from Very this morning:
Thanks for your email about your order.
Unfortunately after checking your account, I can find no such order on the system.
With regards to the payment being taken, because we have received no payment from you, the money will be in the banks suspense account which is a pending queue. As we are not going to accept the payment, within 5-7 days, this payment will simply drop back into your bank account and will not show as a transaction.

Phoned Very this morning with order numbers but they say no trace of order. They really are getting worse. PS there is a freefone number if you check with 'saynoto0870; Really dissapointed as I had ordered 6 prs.0
