Can anyone advise me, friend is on a contract with 3, til end of july, but service is carp and not getting phonecalls & texts through sometimes. if she gets a payg, can she port her number to it so that'll recieve the calls?

Any help appreciated, been asked all sorts today, glad i know i can get help here!!!!

I would think that 3 would charge her the rest of her contract before giving her the port code, as once she’s ported out they’ve lost her. So, it would be the same payment as ending your contract early.
