I can completely understand why you feel that you’ve been left no choice but to pay an amount you simply can’t afford or have a prepayment meter fitted that just isn’t suitable for your needs.

I can’t stress enough that this isn’t the case, we can work with you to find a solution that enables you to repay your balance and help you work out why your use has increased and find some ways to get this down.

There may also be a better plan available for you that will bring the costs down in the meantime or some extra help available to you. The children are the priority here and there's so much help out there for families in your situation.

Now, based on what you’ve said here this doesn’t seem to be the advice you’ve had when you’ve tried contacting us in the past. I'm sorry that we've let you down and I understand your reluctance to keep calling/ writing to us and not make any progress.
