People who say "should of" "would of" instead of should have, would have.
It does my head in.0 -
Rudeness. I can't abide it, manners don't cost anything.
oh and Jeremy Kyle, he should be publicly slaughtered for allowing a platform for chavs.
Happy moneysaving all.0 -
I'm with the whistling - I could cheerfully knife people to death when they do it, and I get more and more angry. I have to leave wherever they are, I really have no tolerance for it at all. No idea why.0

I have a fair few!
People who pick their nails/fingers (my OH!), people who sniff and snort when they have a cold instead of blowing their nose. People who eat with their mouth open, one guy at work makes me want to throw my dinner at him! People with no manners, just a please and thank you will do for me.0 -
Badly behaved children with parents who don't do anything at all to stop it!0

A (60 year old) relative of mine added me on Facebook, she does the ....... thing. I wouldn't mind but her status updates are incredibly tedious too, eg;
"Jane Doe has a busy day today........coffee at [her DIL's].....taking the boys to football........phew.......will need a rest after that.....great day........."
Others of mine are:- Confusion re there, their and they're. It's really not difficult.
- Housemate/OH putting dirty plates and cutlery in the (empty) washing up bowl, so that I have to fish them out and put them in the dishwasher, which is right next to the sink!
- OH's tea-making ritual. Used teabags left on the corner of the hob (for me to remove and clean up) and milk left out of the fridge (he refuses to accept responsibility when the milk goes off).
- OH insisting on removing the loo roll from the holder and sitting it on top of the toilet cistern instead.
- OH leaving clothes where he takes them off (ie on the floor). If they're to be worn again - put them in the wardrobe. If they're for the wash - put them in the s*dding laundry basket!!!
- OH never closing cupboard doors and drawers behind him.
Now we've moved in together I am slowly training him up. It's hard work though.:wall:0 -
Cyclists on pavements, even worse if they ding their bell to get you to move out of the way.0

Well you can start the training by not cleaning up after him, he will get the message eventually0 -
Mine are people who drop litter three feet away from a bin, people who listen to music at full blast in public places, either on car stereos or through headphones (and it's always rubbish music as well!), and - although I realise that this is very London-specific - tourists standing on the street taking photos of random things and getting in people's way."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

People who misuse words, DRAWER not DRAW. "I left those stamps in the draw" What?
Also the word borrow, "I borrowed her that top"
No you lent her the top.The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
