Evening All
JackieO Ouch, I hope the AB's get to work soon x
Got gas bill for last month and it was £87  for a month , that is with BG supposedly reducing prices this month  I know that I have had it on a bit more just to get the washing dry, so I am thinking maybe I might be better off just taking the whole lot to the launderette and use their TD.
Dinner tonight is macaroni cheese with some snippets of bacon and peppers added.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

late one from today as been busy cleaning :A
DD2s room looked like a bomb had hit it (literally ) and i was worried what might be multiplying in there. so i have emptied it and cleaned it top to bottom and sorted her wardrobe because when i opened the door everything fell out
if she doesnt keep it tidy there is going to be trouble
i have made her a long cushion cover to fit her long body cushion i got from lidl , i found a pair of fluffy pj's that she never wears , chopped the legs off and sewed them together lengthways and fastened with velcro - the pj's were a perfect size :T
tea tonight for them is pasta with tomato and mascapone sauce and im having chicken legs and veg
hope everyone has a lovely evening xx
jackie hope the antibiotics are working x0 -
Hi all,
I havn,t had a chance to read through yet, so hope everybody,s okay.
I tootled off to work this morning, arrived, got a coffee, the phone rings, hello I say, Errrm says OH, sorry but I broke it, my first thought was the car, but no, he,d dropped a mug in the kitchen, which bounced and smashed the glass front of the WM..... !How he managed to do this I have no idea, we have just spent £100 or so to get it fixed, now this, it would have been cheaper to buy a new one!!!!!
Just been shopping, got £7 off a £35 spend that needed to be used by today, £27 for a weeks shop for 5 - not bad
Am off to grab a glass of wine and get the dinner on before OH gets home - I will think of a suitable punishement for him as I go Whaaa-HaHaaaaa (evil laugh)
Have a fab evening all xxNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

JackieO feel better quickly xxx
I had something else to say, but I've forgotten
H, I know. Butterflynoggin, its the elec BG have reduced. XIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -
ETA: what does everyone think of this: My housemate opened some of my post claiming she couldn't see the name then wrote all over the envelope and a bit on the cover letter. It was clearly to me (my name was slightly obscured but it said the company it was from and they know only i'm connected to them) and contained a lot of forms with my name on. I'm really annoyed because our post is kept below a whiteboard we use to leave messages on, so why not write on that? Half the A4 envelope is covered in scrawl now so I can't send forms back in it or use it to store the documents I needed to keep.
I spoke to some people at work and some thinks it's bang out of order but one says I'm over-reacting.
Would you be annoyed by this?
Yes! I'd be crosser than cross.Household: Laura + William-cat

Grrrr the WM doesn't work! It turns on and starts but won't fill with water or spin. So annoyed! It's got a 6mth guarantee so I can get it fixed or refunded but I have washing to do now!
Went out for dinner with my friend instead of cooking, but only went to Pizza Hut and had starter, salad, pizza and drink for £6 so not too bad!!

Thanks JackieG forgot that you work for they that shall not be named
Still no sign of redundancy then?
Butterflynoggin eh? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:: Love it - I may just change my moniker to that :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
flutterby sounds like the filter or pump could be clogged up with muck (it is usually something like a penny or paperclip) it is just a case of opening the flap and remove the offending item ( remember to have a tray or something underneath because there is always a fair amount of water that comes out)
Better still find a man who is handy and play the dumb female....it has always worked for meI would send you DH but Llanelli is a fair old drive from here x

Hi everyone
Hugs and well wishes for those in need
I havent done much OS today as I have been in work today.
JackieO Hope the tooth soon feels better, its just happened to me as well under a crown, the dentist is unwilling to do any work on it (the roots have shrunk so he says) and if it keeps occuring will refer me to a dental hospital, its happened a couple of times before but this time it was really bad and actually burst in my mouth as I couldnt get in at the dentist straight away, (instant pain relief though but tasted disgusting!!!!!) so I can definitely symphasize with you.
