Orange phone update

It will be a dealer random dialling numbers, rather than Orange themselves.
If you ask the name of their company and say you've never heard of it, they will probably hang up with no further comment0 -
Any call from Orange will appear to come from an Orange mobile number, as above, it’s some scum of a third party trying to get business0
-
yep defo a dealer..... orange would show up as 07973 ......... get them to confirm the amount of your last bill as they wont have access to your details usually shuts them right up!!0

It's a dealer, who probably bought your info from Orange.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

thanks everyone.
I rang the number and it was something communications?
He asked if I was ring to get my free upgrade, I said 'your're not Orange then' and he hung up.The curve that can set a lot of things straight is a smile0 -
Any call from Orange CS will *always* come from 07973 100194. The only exception is the "Customer Service survey" texts you get asking you to call a 3-digit shortcode whose number I forget. 244 it might be, but either way - a shortcode like that can again, only really connect to an "on-net" destination.0

ill second / confirm that. also, orange will never ask you to dial any other number than 150 if you are a current customer. (presuming its a CS issue for general retail users)0
