If you go for the small claims dont you have to goto the defendants local court?
Can the defendant choose which court to goto?
Cant get a CCJ until you take him to court and win then he fails to pay, Even then there is no guarantee you will get any money.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
It doesn't matter, I'll repeat, you won't get anywhere with a private sale problem.
I had all paperwork, expert opinion, adverts etc etc.
The judge did not want to know.

OP, personally I think when buying a used car, you have to assume there's going to be something wrong with it.
