Why aren't you asking these questions of the CAB/DWP?

For a start, I know of someone (aged 30) who has a minor heart condition. With the help of his GP he is shortly to move in a 2 bed bungalow which has been fully refurbished and the DWP have given him £500 for essential white goods, furniture etc.

He currently lives at home, has previously had many private rented properties but had been evicted out of all of them for not paying the rent. This time he saw this as a means to get on the property ladder so pushed for a housing assn. property with full rent being paid by LHA and has the intention of buying it under the RTB scheme as soon as he can.

He does not work, has children from different relationships and pays nothing to any of them.

He went to CAB and they helped him claim all manner of benefits as well as advice on how to get this new property.

Those with severe mental health problems (and other groups) can be passed simply on the evidence of their medical reports. This is the approach being taken with some that were previously exempt from the PCA.

This is what he suffers from. He had a medical in 2009 which he failed and after a successful appeal they haven't been in contact with us any further.

You have been asked nicely not to post in text speak, it is very hard to read.

Again, please dont post in text speak or you will get a lot less help. And please dont insult the people who are trying to help you or those who can help you even more will not help you at all.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
