Thames Water seem to have had a bit of trouble with accuracy for my orders, but have very quickly and courteously sorted them out :A. (Sent the wrong colour showerhead, realised, sent letter of apology and right one followed; tap inserts listed on delivery note but not included, now on way following email query.)

Never thought using a timer in the shower would motivate me but it seems to be working :rotfl:

I find that the timer is not a good use as I shower within 3 min anyway:). When I wash my hair than it's 5 min altogether so maybe I can motivate myself to do it within 4 min?

This happened to me as well, they also said they would enclose a pre-paid envelope to send back the wrong colour showerhead but they didn't. Did they send you one?
