sky postal offer or remain with 02 & BT?

Sky have mailed me a deal for £27.50/month after six months contract use - broadband, sky+ box, and various channels.
I now have 02 and BT and a basic ( failing ) set-top box from Asda.
Is sky's a good offer, or is there better out there or should i stick with what i've got?

Why would you pay for a Sky sub if you don't want or need the subscription channels?
What happens to the price after 6m? Forget the special offer rate, work out the total price over the minimum term contract.
