  • Last time I browsed in T it looked like a lot of offers would be ending today - might be a good day for making a 'hit list' for tomorrow's DTDs.

There are literally thousands! Far too many to list, so may need to be selective about potential opportunities. I think half the store will changing sels so a very good day for an early shop tomorrow. However, some may just roll-over/continue. Prices will usually start changing late morning on .com, so you can use the SSO list below to check which offers have dropped and are worth keeping an eye out for ood sel, and which will be continuing/have a different offer.

Full list here - hit the valid until on the top right, and the todays expiring items are pages 9 to 32, 100 per page.....

Surely surely T will get something wrong out of this lot?

Evening guys - just posting before going back to catch up - be back later :D

My brother went down to see Mam at 10 am till 2 pm, and me and sis went down 1 pm till 6.45 pm. Mam had passed blood again this morning but none the rest of the day. We did check her several times though when we noticed a certain smell, but was ok. Doc came round about 3 pm and she said they were just keeping an eye on how much blood she was losing, and, when we told her about the odd foul smell, she agreed that it may be whatever is 'festering' inside her

Mam is still eating and was extremely talkative today.
She is in some pain, around her stomach/abdomen, and is very weak. She was saying silly things to us and having quite a giggle, laughing at us and with us and at herself, though she occassionally got fustrated and annoyed and told us off. She was calling for her Dad, one of her brothers, and saying she just wanted to see Grandad to say sorry? :( She asked bluntly what had happened to nurses hair, as she had it scraped right back, but afterwards she said she knew she was saying things she shouldn't and she was sorry :o she told me she was sorry for calling me by my sister's name :o My sister and I just keep being silly with her so she is laughing, and she pulls faces and giggles. She yelled out my brother's name a couple of times, asking if he was there, as he was sitting my the window, and he shouted back 'yes, I'm here' and she just laughed

My sis and I sat each side of the bed and she held our hands, sometimes saying 'excuse me', leaving go to scratch her head or rub her eye, and then getting hold of our hand again. She pulled each of in for a kiss and a hug and patted our head as she did it, as if she knew her kids were around her

It was lovely with the giggling and laughter, but also heartbreaking to see her like this :(

The staff, including the docs there, say she is so strong to have lasted this long as she was so ill when she went in, and has had several infections which they thought may finish her off. But Mam is stronger than she looks. She was the smaller of twins, only 3 1/2 lbs, but she survived and her larger brother died at birth. She was only 6 1/2 stones when she was admitted to hospital in October 2010 and then into the home, but I daren't think what weight she is now, aas she is skin and bones and her clothes are falling off her. But she is still smiling :A

Just read this with tears streaming down my face, I think a lot of us can relate to what your going through at the moment:(It's lovely that your spending so much time with her and making happy funny memories. Some of my best memories of my dad are from when he got poorly because time became precious with him.Sending you some massive hugs:)

    Happy Birthday Decay:)

And Happy Valentines everyone, hope we all have a good day. Off out to dinner tonight but half wishing I didnt have to go, would love to be chasing those whoopsied flowers tonight:oDH has listened and didnt buy me flowers, but I have just opened the most gorgeous pair of earrings up from him:T:T:T:Twhich will last forever, unlike the flowers he was banned from buying;)

QPR still catching up so dont know if anyone has commented but if you plan on locking your suitcases, the TSA will cut the locks open when you reach the States, its recommended not to lock them

Edit, just saw your post about reading the virgin website......Ive travelled numerous times with no locks on my cases and all my bits have arrived intact :), even after them being opened and searched

Its about 4 years since I last went & before that I can't even remember how many times I've been but if its for security I suppose we go along with it. Getting ready to do the 100ml bottles etc

    Good Morning to All ,

Happy Birthday to Decay , have a super time and don't drink to many SA's down the Old A !

I'm having a super Valentines breakfast of a cup of tea and Fondest Fancies (plus a lucozade shot) , it might give me the inclination and energy to go to T's and hunt out the BBQ thingies , although we won't want them I'm sure our kebab/bbq/skewer loving neighbours will .

Have a love filled Valentines day .

I presume that mean cakes and not :o:o:o:o

They are really lovely on there and they know so much. First time I went to Florida I only found the dibb shortly before but since then I have been on there as soon as I have booked another trip.:D

Their info has made a huge difference to my last 3 trips they really know their stuff and no question is considered too little or stupid.

There will also be peeps on there who have stayed in Davenport or got villas there who will be more than happy to give you advice or answer questions.

I am a mad planner when I go to Florida its part of the magical build up to the holiday for me.

Can't see us going again due to only being able to go school hols and prices of flights are shocking :(
