yay confessions of sleep deprived mums! Love it!

Singing 10 green bottles to my son but he never slept so I had to do 100green bottles, 100 red bottles.

When he went to sleep I would put him in his cot and by the time I got back into bed he would be screaming again!

My husband did nothing to help - "that's what maternity pay was for".

Needless to say the selfish so and so is now my EX!

My cat wont eat any fresh fish/meat at all he wont touch the so called gourmet catfood he will only eat felix or whiskas, he loves cake, chocolate, sprouts, baked beans, curried cauliflower
Our dearly departed Rufus used to love curry sauce from the chinese and spag bol and they all love pate. I'm so soppy, they are my babies and I;m sure they believe it's their house and we are the lodgers. When we bought a sofa from the charity shop it had to be large enough to accommodate 3 cats and 2 humans. lol

But isnt it hard when you're trying to really cross and grown up and tell them off, but trying at the same time not to laugh at something naughty they've done:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I was so not good at telling them off......nobody gave me lessons in how to be 'mum' when inside I was wetting myself laughing at what they did! I work in an infant school at the moment and I really dont know how people keep a straight face with some of things the kids do and say!

has anyone else ever got the names the wrong way round? When telling off youngest i end up calling him by brothers name as its usually him being naughty. Although today was worse than normal called my youngest by MIL dogs name:o

I do that all the time - especially when I'm trying to be tough and telling them off.

It makes it slightly worse that I have one boy and one girl. By the time I've got myself de-flustered at mixing up their names we're all giggling away at me calling my ds my dd's name and vice versa. :rotfl:

Can so relate to that, I lost 4 years of watching any soaps when my DS was born, he refused to go to sleep before 9pm and I laid on the bed for 2 hours every night singing the Barney song to him!!!Then I'd pretend I'd gone to sleep and open one eye to see if he was asleep and he'd open one eye to look back at me:rotfl::rotfl:Can laugh about it now but it was a nightmare and I know made a rod for my own back by doing it:o The things us mums do!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
