  • Finally found something to post here - unfortunately not a DTD potential but a bit of a surprise on the price. I saw some Blue Dragon Chinese BBQ sticky sauce that was reduced to 79p so I picked up a couple (half hoping that I would be overcharged!!) as it is one of my favourites. Went through the till at 39p! Wish I had had time to go and get some more.

    It was this one:

    afternoon Elite!

been lurking last few days and playing catch up... thank god for the forum works last night as otherwise I would stand no chance! :p

    bad toothache here :(:(:(
and it's my own fault as I had it back in the summer, been in bad pain 5+ days ending in A&E begging them to give me anything to stop the pain :( and once the second lot of antibiotics worked I forgot all about it! then we were moving and I was looking for work etc. The dentist warned me it will come back! :(
So I'm now suffering for the third day, finishing off the useless antibiotics the dentist gave me last time and it doesn't work! went to the GP surgery for better ones but they refused to see me as I'm not registered yet and it will take them 7-10 days! :( so I'm now taking 2 neurofens and 2 panadols every 2-3 hours and waiting for bf to come home and take me to some walk in clinic :( keeping the tramadol for the worst that is probably yet to come :( *crying like a baby and wanting her mummy*
I soo can't stand pain, I can't magine giving birth to a baby! It's probably what puts me off most!

sorry, had to tell someone :o bf is sick of listening to me :o

I really feel for you. At the beginning of December I was suffering with really bad toothache and as it was the weekend I had to travel 40 miles to the nearest emergency dentist. He gave me a temporary filling although I told him it wasn't that tooth that was giving me the pain! I wasn't even 10 minutes out and the pain was back, drove home in tears. I went to my dentist on the Monday who said I had an abscess and took the tooth out - later that night I was in utter agony, screaming in pain and could only take paracetamol because I was pregnant :( Anyway, the point to my story is, I gave birth a week later and yes it was painfull but I honestly think the toothache was worse!

    An amazing post HC.:T
My mother suffered from mental health problems for years and I think her GP used her as guinea pig to test all the latest anti-depressant tablets going.
If in years gone by and I had been on the internet and read your post, I would certainly have done alot of research into all the tablets she was being prescribed.

Sadly, in later life, she was diagnosed as having progressive supranuclear palsy,(PSP),the same condition that Dudley Moore had, which explained alot of her earlier mental health issues:(:(

    That's not good at all.

And remember, GP's get paid huge amounts of money to prescribe 'new' drugs. :(
