thought about it but there was no insurance(no home insurance here but I might check my nanny insurance just in case...)

aarrgh that poo :mad::mad::mad:
I had to send them 3 or 4 emails and then call in the end to get my refund :mad: not very apologetic either...:mad:
But I might locate their nearest store just in case... my boss seems to be getting great bargains from them... xmas pudds etc. 2.75 from 18.25? :eek: is there a secret MSE forum for rich&posh people? :cool: :rotfl:0
