Thank you, you did actually make me smile, and that is an achievement tonight- well done!

    Mission accomplished then!

It is hard when you have a huge loss one week and a smaller one the next, but a loss is a loss is a loss.

I'd kill for 8.5lbs in 2 weeks, I cant do that in 12 months

In mr t's now so apologies if already posted... Sour maoam's 10 in pack RTC 28p b/c 10513 dated sep 2012 :-)

Oh lovely, are they the ones in the little rectangular packs please? (think I may have seen them in £land or similar). Or are they little packs (like tiny crisp packets IYKWIM) with 'loose' sweets in?

At risk of alienating the Heinz brigade (we are a Branston house), the 4 pack beans in T are an ideal way to bump up a JTD shop to use the £5 off £40. £2.55 T and only £1 A (or in our case 10 packs £25.50 T, only £10 A, £15.50 JTD).

Evening everyone, internet finally seems to be behaving. Thanks to Wool27 for letting you know I was having trouble. :)

Just been for my SW weigh-in and I lost just 1lb. After loosing 7.5lb last week it was so disappointing. I only expected 2-3lb, but 1 hardly seems all the effort. I've been good all week, and done a total of 3 hrs 10 mins excercise.

Then I went to Mr T's whoopsie hunting and that was a wash-out as well.

Keep it up Debs, you are doing really well. :T Don't know if you noticed but did not report my non existent weight loss this week. :( At least I did not put any on, think mum's birthday and the home made cake I bought were the culprits. ;)

tried hinting to DH about the Easter eggs...he's sat in his 4p Try By Day PJs watching Biggest Loser....so refused to go...grrrr....can confirm that after pulling my boots on, and whizzing to the nearest Express....that the glitch isnt working there.... the ones with half price SEL of £3 ending today, went through at £3....the larger ones had a SEL of £6.xx....and the small half price ones are on offer til 14th Feb.....did manage to find an OOD SEL for Impulse though...3 for £3.50....went through at £1.98 and £2.06...so a nice fiver back DTD...SA had no idea what he was doing bless...said it was cos I'd got 2 of one and 1 of another (even though offer applied to both)...never even checked the SEL let alone removed it....so will be going back for more in the morning!!! Cant stand the stuff personally by my friend does...so 3 bottles for £1 is a great deal!!!
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!
