Just came across this on Mr A's website (while wasting my time looking for the local store manager's name just in case)...

    Great news!!!

Had some great news myself today. The really nasty young trout on cs in my local Extra has moved to pastures new! :j

Can someone remind me how to remove a security tag. One was left on the zip of a pair of boots I got today. TIA

Do people use their CC when buying a DTD item?

Is it something they keep an eye on?

Took a faulty pair back and paid a bit more for these boots. Don't even have a receipt as I took them back without a receipt. Then sods law...found the receipt when I got home!

Just back from my local and found the food processor that a few of you on here managed to get DTD on and also one of the Shaun the Sheep bath scrunchies that was going through cheap, went through the tills at correct price on both, so looks like i will be taking the food processor back tomorrow - didn't have the heart to do it today as my "Thats Nice" CSA was working today and don't want to step into her radar too often, absolutely gutted!!! will keep Shaun the Sheep for my OH - im sure it will give him a little giggle xxx

Found 6 'Cuddle me' snow globes in H@rtcli77e homeplus yesterday, but they have gone up from the 58p ish they were to £7.70.

So don't get too excited if you spot them.

Did get 3 Tony Bennet Xmas CDs for 1p each from Bri5lingt0n Extra though.

Just a reminder of my post a few days ago that the Teal have an SEL of £42.50 in my extra and scan at that. All others have the £85 SEL.
As I haven't seen anyone else mention it I'm not sure whether this is just peculiar to my store/region or nobody else has tried the Teal HTH:)

I found a teal set with a sel of £56.50 but it came up as not on file at the till so I left it.

  • Hi all

Made it back home in one piece today, with a little stop in T's along the way :D Was hoping for a nice little OOD SEL but no such luck. Nothing doing on the 1p front either so was slightly disappointed on my way to pay, until...... The little Waybuloo toy that had a SEL of £1.40 scanned at £5.97  So a nice little unexpected DTD  £9.14 back no problems. Just wish I wasn't such a mean mummy and had got her 2! ;) :rotfl:
