    I only sat and watched this episode this morning in i-player; like you roaring with laughter.

    Sadly NO snow here its just bucketing down, went to my local last night at whoopsie o'clock and all they had was humous and one rather battered sandwich, so not sure if i missed it all or if nothing there in the first place, but looking at the rest of the shelves - milk, bread, frsh veg and porridge etc; all in very short supply so i guess people have been buying up.

    I have some good news about FIL they are sending him home on monday, so OH has put his bed in the front room as he can't manage stairs, they are giving us a dispenser box for his meds as he will never remember which meds to take when if we are not there, i asked if they were going to put some sort of care package in place as we MUST work and he will be on his own quite a bit - NO i was told he doesn.t need it?? He has a brain tumour which could cause him to drop at any time, he is registered blind, very unsteady on his feet - and he doesn't qualify!!! it makes me so Bleeping angry!! they said he can have one if we pay for it privately im so mad i could cry .

    DEFINITELY appeal this, the first stop should be the primary care trust or get the number for your local district nurses. Also call Macmillan, I don't know if any of this will do any good but it's worth a try xx

    :) Yes I was given the Tesc0 wallet with the £5 off next weeks shop in it. I did think at the time that the SA was being sarky because I could not find my £5 off that shop one, handbag contents spread across the bag packing area :o :rotfl:

    A customer left their handbag on my counter at work. As the counter is behind glass, that is plastered with 'helpful information' posters I didn't see it. The next customer passed it through to me.
    After an hour the handbag customer still hadn't returned - surely you would notice your handbag was missing?
    So I took the step of opening it, witnessed by colleagues, to see if I could find any contact details.
    So there I am rifling through the handbag when who should appear but the customer :o

    A few years ago just before Christmas Eve I left my handbag on the end of the checkout at Tesco, I didn't notice it missing until Boxing Day, there was nothing in it I needed for the few days. I eventually realised where I had left it and rang up the store, they had it in their lost property and I was reunited with it. After that I bought a cross body bag so I didn't need to put it down when packing:rotfl:

    My ambition is to be an extreme couponer with a huge binder that weighs 3 stone jam packed with coupons...I can dream!!!

    Can you imagine the trout's faces?

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Is it bad that I spent £20 on a new wallet yesterday (it is VERY nice) because it has a lot more space to keep coupons than my current one? Plus my old one was a big zip-top one with no pockets so I kept forgetting which coupons I had to spend as it was all tangled up with everything else!

    Meant to say I got I got this today in T's

    097385.jpg

    It should be £1.80 a bottle or two for £2.50 but the SEL said 77p and that's what it went through at. Went back and bought 2 more hoping the discount would come off but it didnt, but still not bad, 2 bottles for £1.54. It's the 433ml size B/C ends 5364 and smells lovely, it's clean & care amond with a touch of OLAY. Definately should be £1.80 a bottle, checked on My Supermarket, not showing on T's.
    Says 77p RTC in my local store
    :(

    Oh has anyone else been given a coupon wallet by Mr T? It's nothing more than a folded bit of paper:( but I think my SA yesterday was trying to make a point!!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Yes, and I think they are an ideal way for your average customer NOT to check their receipt for pricing errors as they leave the shop - saves on paying back DTD eh?
