    afternoon everyone xxxxxx

HUGS to all .......I really have tried to keep up honest! By the time I get upto date its stupid oclock and I just crawl to bed.....sorry to all those who contribute so so much to this thread and give it that FANTASTIC community feel, I do hope you all know that there are many of us willing you on and sending cyber hugs etc .....i WISH I was organised enough to keep up.

I have decided to keep a note pad to jot down who I need to thank, hug, laugh with/cry with !

Well I have fitted a curtain rail above my front door and hung 2 thick curtains back to back with a fleece blanket between .....used it last year but havent needed it yet. Blanket hung at living room window........its an awfull little bay type window which seems to have been just added as an afterthought but with no thought for insulation! So ready for snow now......have flour, eggs, for microwave sponge!

Bought some plumbing stuff to try tomorrow to re-plumb under my sink/machine etc .....expect lots of swearing and lots of water but my kids are used to my attempts and I usually get there in the end.

There is a straight connector in copper pipe under my sink which has an arrow on it pointing the opposite way to the way the water flows........anyone know if it's worth me turning that so that arrow faces flow of water or am i being OCD???

right off to catch up ....send a search party out in a few hours please

I think Rumples is Kadison's cat? I have 4 cats but I have posted pics before of my long haired black cat Treacle and my long haired tabby cat Bertie on my manky sofa...:D

And I'm not sure it's an honour to get a coupon wallet it's more an advert as to how much of a cheapskate I am!

And I am proud of it too!:T:T:T

Yes i remember now when you said manky sofa :D

That poor dog - so pleased to see the after photos :) I like to watch the US Animal Cops on Animal Planet. Some of the stories are ghastly but it's real life :(

New item find..... T's Finest Hand Cooked Crisps Mince Pie Flavour 150gs SEL £1.59 are 39p BAR 3660 (large bag)
Admittedly an acquired taste as they are sweet not savoury :rotfl:
Foup has taken a pic so hopefully will post later after the Rugby has finished.
The Spiderman thingies scanned at £10.97 :( Uno scanned at £5.97 & still no SEL on the Bob set :(

I adore Mrs Brown's boys :j & discovered the cast are mostly related. Buster is his real life son, Maria his daughter, Winnie his sister, Cathy is his wife, Buster is married Betty :D

Another programme we're enjoying at the moment is Stella with Ruth Jones. Daddy is brilliant & lovely Scouser Sean :D

Hi, 'somebody' was left in charge of turning the slow cooker on at 1.00 and totally forgot, so I will have to go for a meal deal (if they have any left).

Does anyone know please, which wine is price-checking with Asda at the moment? Thanks in advance.

Weather is foul and was hoping it might be a good evening to go whoopsie-ing later but I will have to go out now for a quick tea.

Wasn't sure if I should visit Ts on the way home from work but popped in and nothing, not even any whoopises, Nothing to womble either, Uncle Bulgaria must have got there first...;)

Popped in to Mr A's too as I fancied a big tray of doughnuts but they hadn't got any...:(:(:(

So not a good day shopping wise...

Reading back from posts this morning re finding wallets. I once was driving out of hospital and the car in front had something on the roof. I flashed (my lights) but they didn't see me and as they turned the corner the stuff on the roof fell off. I stopped and picked it up and it was a walking stick and a handbag. Got home found an address book with tel numbers. Ended up ringing the ladies daughter and she came and collected here bits. I had to apologise for going through her bag but it was the only thing I could do. The old gal was sweet though and insisted and took a tenner for my trouble but i really felt guilty taking it...:o

    Welcome to the madhouse!;)

My logic on the whoopsies today is their won't be many because lots of people will do their shopping early today and stay in tomorrow. So I think tomorrow will be good for whoopsies because most people will have shopped today if you know what I mean:o

Sorry Afternoon everyone it's freezing here! We are forcast our snow about 6 ish so I'm off to T's in a minute to get my bits and pieces then coming home to stay in the warm. DS is going on an evening out to London tonight and the more I suggest it's not the best idea with the snow forecast and the way the tube stops running at the hint of snow, the more he's insisting on going. So will let him learn the hard way if he gets stranded;) not really I'll probably persuade OH to go and get him:o
Have you got snow yet? None here but heading out soon to Scout swimming gala.
I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j
