guys, is there any comparing wine or food item on the finest deal? Cheers!!

I believe the wine from last week is still scanning as part of the meal deal (altho it isn't online) ... and so is still Price Checking.

Thanks to OP (rosie?) on Thread 12.

Don't mention crumpets I have some in the freezer which I could warm up really quickly under the grill (as mother smashed the toaster this morning & despite going to T's we eventually didn't get one) gosh the calories in buttered crumpets.

Has anyone got snow yet ? The T.V. keep saying we'll all have it tomorrow, who is going to post the first photo tomorrow ?

noooo!!! not fair! It's my T day tomorrow! I will go no matter what! :p
I think I should only spill once it's been escalated..you never know who reads this...Considering emailing uncle Phil about this one though. But I will say that it was shocking to be accused in such a way (and this with no evidence/back-up except 3 old trouts corroborating).
Allegedly the manager's emailed a memo about me to all other stores  Can they do that without any proof whatsoever? Surely that's libel/slander?

Might I just add that I've never used underhanded tactics, been warned or anything like that and only had 2 smallish dtd's in this store, last one a good 3 months ago! So am all the more incised by the treatment I received today :(

I hope you're all right hun xxx

I wouldn't worry about the memo too much(they have trouble with reading them when there is a glitch so I'd say they won't bother with something about a 'naughty' customer from another store) if he ever sends them...

And if you feel that you have been treated unfairly email CEO, don't think you have anything to loose really...

Hope you get it sorted :)

They don't have my name or cc details, but can call up the transaction and see my bank card details, can't they...this might be linked to associated cc...omg I'm getting totally paranoid now!

Don't panic. Keep calm. They can't see or use your card details without your permission. Tesco loyalty cards are different as when you sign up you agree to the recording of your details. Call the bluff if you've got the stomach for it. Hope I'm right here and that someone else can confirm before you proceed.:)

I only joined 10 days ago, but I think it really does work. If you need anything explaining let me know, and I'll do my best.

Mr T's Simply cook chicken breast wrapped in bacon and cheese are only 2 syns each and really nice. I had them last night with roasted swede (just spray with fry light, instead of using fat) and home made potato wedges .... it was lovely!

As well as the choc mousse, the half syn cake isn't bad, I posted the recipe in the SW thread on here. Hartley low cal jelly, already made up, is also nice at only 1/2 a syn a pot.
haven't had the chicken breast in aaaages used to love it but then they changed the cheese, may have to give it a try. I have looked at my meal planner and some things I will be keeping and syn-ing, my DS would literally have a meltdown if I said no more pasta bake even if I home cooked it. One we have is 17 syns for 500ml I have about a 1/3 so not terrible I guess :)
Is SW similar to WW in that you get a daily points/syns allowance? I did WW last year, but lost my perseverance in pointing up everything I eat and eventually dropped out :o. But all the talk of SW and the lovely pictures of low syn/ syn free food has me interested....it looks as if you can eat more on SW- is it like Atkins?
I've eaten loads of yogs today as they are all I have in, looked in the book and there is so much to eat! Not as much weighing as I thought there would be! Also burger recipe that looks scrummy :D

Had an scary experience this morning and I forgot to write about it. We have a mk4 astra, went to take OH to work this morning and handbrake had iced up totally, had to rock backwards and forwards for ages and even once we had set off the clutch was still hard to get beyond biting point. Been advised to leave it off and leave in gear instead so fingers crossed for tomorrow morning!

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)
