It is the Gout causing this not water retention (as I thought wrongly:o )
Lovely Dr has given me 'proper' Gout pills not anti inflams, only had 1 so far & can already begin to bend my ankle :T

Going to a 1940's Charity Tea Party tomorrow scones & sandwiches (hopefully not ration ones..)

I got some great whoopsied scones the other day from T's. They were the cornish ones without the fruit :T

Shed loads of wine, spirits, beer and cider offes ending tomorrow - hopefully there will be lots of new but slightly different offers to confuse the staff. May be worth an early visit.

"For Sale. Full set of Encyclopedia Brittanica......Not needed as wife knows everything!":D
