Do you think it is possible to keep this thread i.e Tesco discussions to chatting about Tescos and NOT all the Waffle on births deaths marriages cooking photos of dogs cats cars children etc etc Surely the best place for this is twitter or face book lets keep this thread to tescos only I know I will get shot down but I expect it as I am a man

BTW men are allowed on here, in fact I think its a 50-50 mix but if you got the 4p pants from Tesco you have to be prepared to pose in them :rotfl:0 -
i agree with you lala. if your shop dosent have any glicthes/dtd oppurtunties then walk out empty handed,so you win some you lose. dont spend what you cant afford, and definatly dont fall into the tesco trend of "ohh thats on special offer, gotta buy that" there is no such thing as a tesco spacial offer.Ah finally found the post was looking for;)This ones played on my mind for a few days because I sort of don't agree with it. I know that you can end up buying bits you don't necessarily need when you go to T's, but I don't you have to have a bit of willpower. Saving money at T's and cutting down your weekly shop does take a while before you really feel the difference. I could stop shopping now other than buy fruit & veg and could survive for months, and with some stuff years. My shopping bill each week is only 25% of what it was this time last year.You have to be committed to saving money, prepared to speculate to accumulate(bulk buy when its glitching) and then you really do see the results. I must be doing something right, my shopping bill has been drastically reduced and I have more "stuff" than I've ever had;)And I have more brand stuff and airfresheners and bits that I would never have even bought, and of course duvet covers!!

So true i got talking to a woman in T's the other day who did not believe the huggies wipes were buy1 get 2 free .
I had to point out that they are not normally £2.59 a pack though so they bump the price up hugely to make it seem a better offer.Sarcasm
