Ive been going to Clayx and Alfreton for a change. Not tried at our local extra. Did see the remote control cars in clayx though, its easy to spot as the box is designed with the top Left hand corner missing. white SEL said £19.50, but didnt check if they were scanning at the higher price. I suspect they were because lots of people have reported this, so it seems a consistant glitch. To be honest i wasnt that struck with them, they looked pretty cheap. I did wonder if to get one for a prize at school, but thought it didnt look a 'good' prize, IYKWIM. They had lots on the top shelf, then more on the shelf below, which was the shelf with the SEL on.
Quite disapointed today as I had made the effort to go that far as those two stores have still got Christmas stuff in, but no final reductions:(
Let me know if you see any Chritstmas stuff in the main c/field extra, if you happen to go in. last time I went, all the Christmas stuff had been removed and they had quilts all the way down, seems strange that other stores still have a fair amount. the only thing I can think of is that they have moved it to another isle, but didnt find it. Not found the back entrance yet either:rotfl:. (I would be terrible in a treasure hunt!)
Thanks for that Lindos, the extra only had a few xmas items so think they have removed them all. No balls there either only eggs.
Not up to travelling to ClayX so will give it a miss.
To find the other entrance if you drive past the B2net on Sheffield Road, immediately after the club there is a road on your right before Pottery Lane. Most people think it is for deliveries only. This takes you into the car park -much easier for getting in and out:DIf it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0 -
Seeing that picture of the breakfast though has made me decide that we'll have a minature version for tea tonight!!
Now let me think.....how many sausages did they have on that plate:rotfl:
come to think of it we haven't had a brunch for lunch for quite a while ...all things in moderation including moderationI was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -
Hiya Freddies, no it's all gone a bit quiet at the minute hasn't it, though I think I've also been having a bit of a January hibernate as well LOL! I too will report with anything I find though.
PS it was you that had the Freelander wasn't it - me too!! Perhaps we'll meet up one day

Is this well known? That's worrying
FWIW, there has been a recent study that shows expressing rage during a migraine attack can lessen the migraine - so try shouting or punching some pillows! Well, it's got to be worth a try?!Yeah I found it particularly concerning too, here's a link to an information leaflet; the long and short of it is that it lowers Oestrogen levels which can lead to bone density reduction. There's not enough evidence as of yet to prove either way whether it can actually cause Osteoporosis or whether the effects of the bone density reduction are long lasting. The greatest at risk group are teens where their bones are still forming but it does suggest that depo isn't used as a long term contraceptive.

Can I just say that I already had Osteoporosis before I went onto this and I am in no way discouraging use of depo, or encouraging it for that matter. I can only go from my experience and what the literature/GP has told me. Best thing to do if anyone is concerned is to speak to your GP.... or perhaps our resident docs celebrate and karlie:D

The weather is so foul that I'll have to drag Purdy out of her basket for a quick once around the field. (we did a long walk first thing!)
My MIL bought her a mac for Xmas. I'm going to try to get her to wear it.....wish me luck!!
Never seen a dalmatian in a purple mac before....it's even got a hood!!!
This is going to be fun!
If I can get it on her I'll take a pic!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0
