Quick question
Do Tesco's Direct take a 'test' payment if you use a new debit card?
I ask this because I ordered the computer trolley yesterday but there are 2 transactions showing on my paypal account, one for £3.75 and another for £2.
If I log into the paypal access card site though the £2 is shown as 'pending'
Any ideas ?
Haven't looked back yet but just saw this.....something I am an expert on!!!
Every single Tesco direct transaction you make they take a £2 authorisation and it drops away in about three working days, the right amount is authorised as well.
I work for the bank so am a serial overspender and nearly always get right to my limit on all accounts and cards that I use online, these authorisations are a !!!!!! (can I say that?) as they use up all my available credit and stop my card.....if you try to use a debit card in store and there is not enough availability there is a charge for the decline. hth.0 -
I got the Brazilian keratin therapy 30 day smoothing treatment which is £12.99 but going through at £8 for 2:T:T but just read the reviews about it and a bit scared to do it now:eek::eek::eek:[/QUOTE]
I would take it back for a refund, was looking forward to getting it myself but after reading the amazon reveiws I'm not going anywhere near it as I have highlighted hair and loads of people saying it turns it orange:eek: might be ok if your hairs not got any bleach/colour in but I wouldn't take the risk0 -
I know I was only playing:o:o:o:p
Just back from T's and no bargains but I did hit whoopsie time again, I reckon I've got a whole flipping lamb in my freezers now;) And don't ask me how but somehow in Boots with vouchers and points and stuff I managed to £69 worth of stuff for £17, but I still don't know how I did it:eek: I got the Brazilian keratin therapy 30 day smoothing treatment which is £12.99 but going through at £8 for 2:T:T but just read the reviews about it and a bit scared to do it now:eek::eek::eek:

My hairs completely blonde, natural of course;) No I've always been naturally blonde but it just has a "bit of help" these days. Only reason I wanded to use it is because I straighten my hair and I'm struggling with my dodgy arm so was thinking this might be worth a go. Going to investigate further and if in doubt will definately take it back:(

I was looking to buy a Radio Controlled Mud Slinger car for my son (more for me really, but shhhh!) and when i arrived at Mr T in H0r$4am i noticed that the £35 sel had gone and the half price toy sale red dot sticker had been roughly ripped off. I scanned it and it scanned at £100
quite disappointed, i wandered upstairs to price check some galaxy bars
and noticed a pile of r/c racing cars, by the same manufacturer, but not the same cars, with a big A4 price of £35 and the trusty red dot half price toy sale sticker on it. Having knocked several old ladies out the way to get to the scanner as quickly as possible, it scanned at £70. Whoooop. free with DTD. b/c ends 8132 and is a New Bright invader Radio controlled off road sports buggy. Both red and black designs work. If anyone can find the mud slinger trucks by the same people (bigger scale pickup truck or land rover), then theres a £30 DTD payout to take it away as the sel is £35 and scans at £100
