I miss a couple of days and momentous things happen! A belated welcome back HC, and thanks and well done to Nikki and the mods (sounds like a pop group LOL).
Someone sent me this, I think you'll like it. The bit at the end can be in honour of Happy's return.
What sheep herders in Scotland do when they're bored. A lot of time, patience, and effort went into making this.

We have never done anything like this before and I am shamefully ignorant about growing food - would like my kids to have a better handle on where some of the food on their plates comes from. Whilst clearing the plot, my DD comes across the odd "leftovers" from the previous tenant and I can't even identify some of the veg for her - not good.
Love the idea of herbs - never thought of that!
I have learnt from trial and error and a few books. These 2 are really good and provide loads of info and really easy to follow instructions and helpA clinically depressed person with a sleep condition. I'm in my own little world, but it's ok the people like me here

I'm just back from Tesco and I found some Tesco own brand Marshmallows with a SEL of 18p -the are 200g and barcode ends in 3771. There were other marshmallows beside it for £1.
Handy for kids, and parties, dipped in chocolate, or for sweet kebabs yum !Little Miss Sparkles :A

My Mum has just rung to say my Dad is not at all well. He fell a few days ago & now can't walk. Dr is on his way within the next 3 hours.
He was parallelised from the waist down a while ago but did get some feeling back & can walk clumsily.
Last night he fell again trying to get out of bed & banged his head
My dilemma is do I jump on a train to Surrey? I've asked Mum if she needs me there & she said no.
But I know she can't cope with lifting him as she's over 75. I'm going to ring her friends & see if they can call in.
Will Dr send Dad to hospital? I hope so as he will be xrayed & dealt with.
I will know more after the Dr has been. Meanwhile I will pack a case. Unfortunately if it gets too late today I've only got another 2 trains that leave here today................aaarrgghhhhh
Dilemma
That's mums & dads for you, never want to worry you. Why not do as someone else said and get on the train tomorrow it you can. That way you can see for yourself if they need you
As our mums & dads get older it becomes total role revesal like we're the parents and they're the kids if you know what I mean. I'm sure he'll be fine and I did giggle when he's telling you off on the phone as he's being lifted up. My dad never used to listen to anyone except me, my mum used to phone me and say can you come round here and tell your dad he needs to go to the doctors or where ever. One day she phoned me in hysterics because he was refusing to let her call an ambulance and was in agony on the floor. The minute I got there he was as quiet as a lamb and let me call an ambulance for him;)I know now she's found it but when i posted that i didn't
I start from where i left of last read and play catch up. Just about catching up now. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I know I was only playing:o:o:o:p
Just back from T's and no bargains but I did hit whoopsie time again, I reckon I've got a whole flipping lamb in my freezers now;) And don't ask me how but somehow in Boots with vouchers and points and stuff I managed to £69 worth of stuff for £17, but I still don't know how I did it:eek: I got the Brazilian keratin therapy 30 day smoothing treatment which is £12.99 but going through at £8 for 2:T:T but just read the reviews about it and a bit scared to do it now:eek::eek::eek:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0
