Best company for bad credit?

I know it'd different for every company but are there any which "seem" to be less tight on the credit checks?

O2 have just refused me, I think it's because I haven't been at my new address very long but that not the issue, just need someone who is more likely to take me on for a contract.

3 seems to be the network most likely to accept people with bad credit. I know people with a shocking credit history that have been accepted.
